كيف يعمل البنترون؟

يعتبر نظام بنترون للمسامات الخرسانية العازلة للماء هو أحد المركبات الخاصة المكونة من الاسمنت الطبيعي والرمل النقي الصافي { بنسب متفاوتة } مع عدة مواد كيماوية نشطة.

يعمل نظام بنترون وفقا لمبدأ أساسي وفعال حيث يتم بتأمين خاصية العزل للمياه بواسطة تفاعل مختلف التركيبات الموجودة في المحلول وذلك عند دمجه بالمادة الرابطة عند تفاعل الخرسانة { جيل البيتون الرابط} . بعد ذلك تبدأ المواد الكيماوية بالتغلغل عميقا داخل المسامات الشعرية للبيتون بواسطة الضغط الأسموزي {التناضح} لتؤدي إلى إتحاد عدة مواد كيماوية مشكلة بلورات لا تنحل بالماء لتغلق المسامات والشقوق وتوقف تسربات المياه منها للتخلص من الرطوبة. مع العلم أن هذه العملية تتم إما طرديا أو عكسيا مع ضغط الماء وفي حال عدم وجود أثر للرطوبة تصبح مكونات مادة البينترون ساكنة أما في حال ظهور الرطوبة مرة أخرى وفي أي وقت تبدأ عملية التفاعل الكيماوي بالنشاط ذاتيا وتتغلغل بشكل أكبر داخل البيتون . هذا ويمكن القول بأن مادة البينترون تمتاز بخاصية الاستمرارية لإغلاق و إعادة إغلاق للمسامات والشقوق في البنية الخرسانية المعالجة بها وذلك بفعل طبيعتها الكيماوية. وبذلك يعتبر البنترون الحامي للخرسانة والعازل للماء نظاما متطابقا بنسبة 100% مع الإسمنت . لذلك فإن بلورات البنترون المتكونة لا تسمح بدخول أي ذرة من الماء ولكن تحافظ على تنفس البنية البيتونية{ الخرسانية} وبذلك خروج جزيء بخار الماء المتكون . بالإضافة إلى أن البنترون يعتبر نظاما دائما وأكثر فعالية بمقاومته للماء ـ إلا أنه يضمن أيضا نطاقا واسعا من الحماية لحديد التسليح من التآكل بسبب ملامسته للمياه الصاعدة من التربة أو من مياه البحر كذلك الأملاح و الكربونات و الكبريتات و النترات المنحلة فيها . وقد تم قياس عمق التغلغل للبلورات غير الذوابة بالماء ووصلت في كثير من الأحيان إلى عمق 90 سم من نقطة التطبيق العملي . لذا فإنه يمكن القول بأن مادة البنترون تصبح جزأ لا يتجزأ من البنية البيتونية المعالجة بها وتشكل معها جسما متكاملا يمتاز بالقوة والديمومة.
